License Terms and Conditions
When you receive Maple you will be asked for your signature acknowledging that you have read, understood and agree to the following licensing provisions for using Maple:

- University at Buffalo is licensed to copy and distribute the Software for use on all computers owned, leased, or otherwise operated by campus. Authorized Users for the campus include all faculty, staff, registered students, and volunteers who perform services for the benefit of the campus or SUNY.
- Faculty, staff and students are licensed to use Maple for (1) their workstations on campus, (2) their home computers, and (3) their portable-laptop-computers.
Campus and/or Authorized Users may not:
- disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer the Software;
- rent, lease, sublease, transfer, sell, or otherwise provide access to the Products licensed to
anyone who is not an Authorized User;
- remove the Master Copies of the Software from the PI;
- use the Products unlawfully; or
- use the products in connection with any Internet site operated for commercial gain.
- This license expires on August 30th, 2010. Should the campus not renew this license, all campus authorized users must stop using the software, destroy all copies, and delete all installed copies.
