Mathematica is available for installation on UB-owned computers for instructional use and for student home installations.
This software is not licensed for federally sponsored research.

The academic boxed-version of Mathematica 7.0 normally sells for $134.95 for students and $1,074.95 for departments and
faculty/staff use. To be eligible for the price shown below, you must present your UB Card.

License Terms and Conditions
When you receive Mathematica 7.0 you will be asked for your signature acknowledging that you have read, understood
and agree to the following licensing provisions for using Mathematica:

- Campus and/or Authorized Users may not:
- Distribute the Software to individuals who are not authorized users.
- Disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer the Software.
- This license expires on October 31, 2010. Should the campus not renew this license,
all campus-authorized users must stop using the software, destroy all copies, and delete
all installed copies.
- This agreement does not permit the use of the Software at federally funded research laboratories
or other organizations where the primary mission is not the direct teaching of students. If,
however, such a facility is used by Authorized Users in credit-bearing courses, the Software
may be used at those facilities, ONLY by Authorized Users, and ONLY for teaching/learning purposes.
