How do I get the Microsoft software?
Go to UBMicro. You will be asked for your UB Card. (If you have an older card without
a Person Number, you can get a new card from the UB Card Office in The Commons.)

What if I lost my Key Codes?
If you lost your Key Code for Windows XP upgrade, call Microsoft at (716) 871-2929.
If you lost your Key Code for Office XP, Front Page, and Publisher, call Microsoft at (716) 871-2919
