SNAP COMPUTER LOAN PROGRAM WARRANTY
During the term of this Agreement, Student is responsible for maintaining Computer’s
Original Confi guration in Good Working Order.
UB'S OBLIGATION
Malfunction: If Computer requires repair due to the malfunction of hardware or software
that are part of Original Confi guration, UBMicro will repair or replace hardware and/or
software at no charge to Student.
Software Installation: If Computer requires repair due to malfunction of hardware or
software that are part of Original Confi guration, which requires the reinstallation
of the Original Confi guration, UBMicro will reinstall the original confi guration at no
charge to Student.
In no case will UB assume the cost of repair and/or replacement for
hardware and/or software not installed by UB as part of Computer’s
Original Confi guration.
STUDENT'S OBLIGATION
Damage: If Computer requires repair due to damage resulting from Student’s neglect, or
the malfunction of hardware and/or software not provided with Original Confi guration,
Student will be charged for parts and labor in accordance with UBMicro’s then current
repair rates.
Software Installation: If Computer repair is the result of Student neglect or malfunction
of hardware and/or software not provided with Original Confi guration, and requires
reinstallation of Original Confi guration, Student will be charged for labor in accordance
with UBMicro then current repair rates.
Hardware Installation: If Computer repair is the result of malfunction of hardware and/or
software not provided with Original Confi guration, Student will be charged for parts
and labor in accordance with UBMicro’s then current repair rates.

SNAP $500 ALLOWANCE PROGRAM WARRANTY
The Computer acquired by Student is entitled to the manufacturer’s warranty as specifi ed
in Limited Warranty, above. During the term of this Agreement, Student is responsible
for maintaining Computer and Original Confi guration in Good Working Order.
UB'S OBLIGATION
In no case will UB assume the cost of repair and/or replacement
for hardware and/or software not installed by UBMicro as part of
Computer’s Original Confi guration
STUDENT'S OBLIGATION
Student is responsible for any and all repair not covered under the manufacturer’s
warranty. Repair cost may include the cost of hardware, software replacement and/or
reinstallation and/or reconfi guration, labor, and shipping charges.
