How To Order Licenses
|
The campus agreement is an annual licensing contract available to all SUNY schools. It currently runs from October 1, 2009 to
September 30, 2010 and will be renewed effective October 1, 2010. The dates below are important milestones both for those
renewing and those new campuses joining the partnership.
Step 1 Before June 1, 2010:
- Calculate your FTE counts online.
- Select your campus products. Click here for a list of products.
- To receive a final quotation, please email the FTE Worksheet along with list of products you wish to license to Cheri Weber at UBMicro:

Step 2 After UBMicro receives your request for a quotation (deadline is June 1, 2010), you will be sent:
- A quotation with part numbers and pricing for the software licenses
- Microsoft Campus Agreement Participation Agreement
- Media Order Form and Guidelines
- Instructions for completing necessary paperwork
- Complete licensing terms and conditions

Step 3 Return the following to UBMicro no later than August 31, 2010:
- Two (2) original copies of the Participation Agreement. Photo copies are not valid; each copy must be signed in ink.
- Purchase Order(s) for the software licenses.
