Work at Home Rights
Under the Campus Agreement faculty and staff are entitled to install all Microsoft products subscribed to by
their school on personally owned computers.
Perpetual Use
Faculty and staff leaving the school are required to de-install all Microsoft Campus Agreement products from their
personally owned computer. They do not enjoy perpetual use rights.
If your school has elected the Student Option, students graduating from you school are entitled to perpetual use
of the software. You may distribute the
Student License Confirmation to your departing students
in hard-copy format. You may choose to either keep a physical copy for your records or capture this information in a
database. Some institutions incorporate the Student License Confirmation letter into graduation or other documents that
students pick-up when they leave the institution. For example, if students are required to pay fees or pick-up caps and
gowns at the time of graduation, this is an opportunity to distribute the Student License Confirmation.
